LUMEN LIGHTBULBS is  a set of design guides to add certain mechanics to your Illuminated RPGs.

Each issue will explain a different mechanic that you could add. They include examples, multiple methods and my inspiration.  

This should help designers with writes block to build their projects how they envisioned them. 

This issue focusses on how to customize and modify players' powers and upgrades to make them feel more personal and tailored to them
